What is your return policy?
Good question! Due to limited quantities, we offer returns, but not exchanges. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of purchase date. Returns must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot honor any requests for returns, exchanges or refunds beyond July 31, 2018.
How do I make a return?
Simple! Email us with your order number at Starburst® Support and we’ll send you a return label.

Can I make an exchange?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, but we do offer returns. Pro tip: If you’d like to swap sizes, you could return the size you aren’t satisfied with and place a new order with your new size of choice — but hurry before your size runs out!
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit & credit cards. Sadly, at this time we do not accept glittery unicorns as a form of payment… but we’re working on it.
When will I be charged?
Charge is instantaneous (s/o to the internet for being so hi-tech) but it may take up to 24-48 hours to go from a “pending” to a “processed” charge on your card.
How much does shipping cost?

Not at this time! Our exclusive merch is all small batch and limited release, so get ‘em while you can!
Why isn’t my Pink Starburst All Pink pack showing up in my cart?
All Pink candy is exclusively sold at our partner retailers. For that reason, your selection is added to your favorite retailer’s cart (e.g. Amazon) instead of ours. You’ll simply follow the link to be redirected to our partner’s website where you can check out through their cart to purchase!
